You may designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. Agent requests may be subject to additional verification requirements, including, proof of authorization and proof of identity.

Please note that we are only required to respond to requests where we can reasonably verify your identity and to two requests per customer during each 12-month period. In addition, the rights set forth in this section are subject to certain exceptions under California law. If you exercise your rights under California privacy law, you will not receive discriminatory treatment from us.

The categories of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act that we may collect from you are:

Children Under 13

This site is intended to be used by users that can form enforceable contracts with us, generally at least 18 years of age.
